  • PHASE 2: OPENS EARLY JUNE 2024: Register for sessions and download the Convention App. Once downloaded, register for sessions, explore exhibitor information, connect with other attendees, and more. You’ll receive an email when Phase 2 is launched in June 2024.

Please read the instructions on the registration site prior to beginning. Here are a few helpful tips:

  • After you click the Register button, be sure to view the Summary, Agenda, Fees, and Registration Types links at the top of the registration site to review registration information.
  • Be sure to carefully read the instructions on each page of the registration site.
  • The first person you register will be the Primary Attendee. This person should be a parent/caregiver, or an adult with WS.
  • All additional guests in your party will need to be registered as well. EVERYONE must have a badge to have continental breakfast, enter session, view the exhibits, participate in free activities, or join us for events.
  • If you're experiencing challenges with some of the personal information fields using Chrome, try another browser, or disable Autofill.
  • If you're ordering extra t-shirts for our programs for individuals with WS and their siblings, you'll enter this information twice - one time during the questionnaire you complete for each of your children, and another time when you're purchasing convention add-ons. We need this information in two places in order to link which program participant needs which size shirt. Each program has a different color shirt - so this information is vital!
